We offer full bike servicing, tune-ups and repairs, at very reasonable rates - in fact, we'll match any advertised prices in Wellington or the Hutt Valley! Free Pickup & Delivery anywhere in the Hutt, and free courtesy bikes available in all our packages.

Simply give us a call or email, or pop by Wildfinder Pencarrow - we’re open everyday from 10am (if dodgy weather you might want to call to check we're open first!). We'll have a quick look at it on the spot (and may even be able to do the work then and there), but it might take up to a week to complete the service if we need to order in parts etc. If it's going to be a longer job, we'll give you a free courtesy bike, work as fast as we can, and call you as soon as it's ready. We’ll even pick up & drop off the bike to you afterwards anywhere in the Eastern Bays or Lower Hutt, free of charge.

For one off repairs & individual parts:

Bikes can be complicated. There may be some parts that need to be replaced, or extra services required, to get your bike back up to scratch. If this is the case, we'll always get in touch with you first to see what you want to do. Common extras detailed below.

Derailleur inspection and adjustment - may require replacement of cables, cable housings, chain and cassette / freewheel. These parts are not included in the service and their cost will be additional. Surcharges: cable+housing $10 each; derailleur hanger alignment $15; chain from $25; cassette from $30. Please note any prices for parts exclude labour costs (free under gold service).

Brake inspection and adjustment - may require replacement of cables, cable housings and brake pads. These parts are not included in the service and their cost will be additional. Surcharges: cable+housing $10 each; hydraulic disc brake bleeding $35 per brake if required (free under gold service); wheel alignment, cost depends on level of work required. Brake pads $15. Please note any prices for parts excludes labour (free under gold service).

What if I’ve only got a puncture?

Not a problem! Swing by Wildfinder Pencarrow and we can replace the tube on the spot for only $25. Sorted.
